About Himanshu Adhikari
After a successful career in tourism and hospitality including managing the food and beverage operations of various 5-star hotels both nationally and internationally, Himanshu has dedicated the past 5 years mentoring and teaching hospitality skills to New Zealand Management Academies (NZMA) students in Hamilton. He therefore brings a wealth of customer service experience to his real estate business and the Harcourts Hamilton team, working from the Central City branch as a residential salesperson.
Having called Hamilton home for over 13 years, Himanshu (or Himan if that’s easier) has honed his linguist talents and now fluently speaks English, Hindi, Marathi and basic Turkish. He thoroughly enjoys swimming, gardening, cooking and the love for travel comes easily to him, his favourite travel companions being his wife and two beautiful children.
Himanshu’s rich experience with property investment, his inherent nature to put the customer’s needs first and his combination of reliability and integrity, make him an excellent choice if you’re looking to buy or sell real estate. He also has plenty of great tips on gardening and cooking Turkish or Indian food!
