Hi I’m Bree Stevenson and I have joined Glenn and Sonia’s team in sales.

Because dealing in property is in my blood. Growing up, my father was a property developer and I feel privileged to have observed what it takes to strike good deals and capitalise on opportunities.
When it comes to a means of building wealth through wise investment, I know the potential power of real estate. Residential real estate also offers stability, and is a means through which we can build a better lifestyle for our families.
Having completed a Bachelor of Management Studies (Waikato University), majoring in finance and e-commerce, I’m confident in my ability to plan, organise, and work with intricate detail that can make a big difference to sale outcomes.
In appointing me to work on your behalf, I offer enthusiasm, energy, and a drive-to-succeed. You can rely on my honesty, professionalism, and ability to work under pressure.
My first priority is to do most of the listening. I need to know the circumstances behind the sale, the motivation to sell, ideal timelines, expectations, future aspirations, preferred marketing and sale methods, and possible ideas for the property itself.
This allows me to understand where you’re coming from and it’ll provide me with an accurate picture in my mind about how I should handle the process. From there we can build a sales plan and take a strategic approach toward building as much interest in your property as we can.
Perhaps you’re also buying, or perhaps you’re a first-time buyer? If so, this demands a different set of tactics – and we need to canvass the right properties that fit your brief. I know Hamilton well, and I’ve got an excellent network of colleagues around me with their ‘ears to the ground’. I also have the backing of Lodge’s excellent database and other resources to tap in to.
Either way, my initial role is to actively listen so I can hit the ground running (in the right direction!).
Rest-assured, I take my job very seriously and I want to provide the most exceptional communication and customer service possible – because, frankly, my future business relies on it.
Previous to working in real estate, I worked for a large property development company in the Western Bay of Plenty, assisting the chief executive and working alongside the sales manager. I also ran all the company’s social media accounts.
My hobbies outside of work include spending time with friends and family, and I also enjoy skiing in winter, cooking, and exercising.
But most of all I’m passionate about my real estate career, and I know I can work on your behalf to find you the best possible outcome.
